The centrepiece for this venue is an installation work using broken mirrors and coloured light called Tryptych: Three figures at the foot of the cross. It is a modern interpretation of a classical theme in religious art, and is a meditative work with a peripatetic element since its three constituent panels are located in three Broadwater churches. A guide to understanding the work is displayed in each location, but to begin with, try viewing the work only with thoughts about the title and what the light’s colours signify to you.

There is no strict order for viewing the work, but to save shoe leather, you may wish to start at either Offington Park Methodist Church or at Broadwater Baptist Church. There is parking at both these churches.

Additional religious artworks by the artist can also be viewed at Offington Park Methodist Church. These are: A pair of digital paintings either side of the main church doors called Baptism and Eucharist and Pilgrimage, an eight foot by two foot abstract, above and behind your head as enter the church – walk halfway down the aisle before turning around.
