Drawings in Indian Ink on Fabriano Chinese and Japanese ink drawings and their related philosophies continue to provide my primary motivation. Calligraphy therefore, and its fluid references to constant practice are what continue to preoccupy me. I use colour as a visual device but the drawn line remains my constant to give structure to my work.
